We warrant the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for specified duration ( as mentioned on product details page ) from the date of original retail purchase.
Warranty and any form of liability is limited upto the price of product paid by customer. Warranty only covers the product being sold and does not cover any connected equipment.
This Limited Warranty ( on products where it is applicable ) is Carry In Warranty. It is the type of warranty where in you have to go to store or repair shop to avail the warranty, i.e. , you have to take the product to the shop for repair. Note Please check if the company has service centre in your area.
Service center for all CNCT and LightPeak brand's products is located in Mumbai, India. We do not provide for replacement or return shipping fees and same has to be borne by the buyer.
During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Product , and you follow the instructions for returning the Product, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either
repair the Product using either new or refurbished parts,
replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product that is equivalent to the Product to be replaced,
there is no assurance, representation or warranty that any replacement Product will be identical to the Product You purchased. Product comparability will be determined by us at our sole discretion or
refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Product.
This limited warranty applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair, replacement part or replacement product for the remainder of the original warranty period or for thirty days, whichever period is longer. All replaced parts and Products for which a refund is given shall become our property.
This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Product that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, transfer to subsequent purchaser or recipient or commercial use

In general, you will need to deliver your Product in either its original packaging or in equally protective packaging to the address specified by Customer Service, postage paid or by self delivery. Before you deliver your Product for warranty service, it is your responsibility to remove any removable storage media and back up any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on your Product. It is possible that such storage media, data, software or other materials will be destroyed, lost or reformatted during service, and we will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
